Service Engineer (x2 vacancies)

We are seeking two Service Engineers to join our India operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Schenergix’s advanced pharmaceutical processing equipment at client sites. The role demands strong technical skills, customer-facing ability, and a willingness to travel frequently across India (and occasionally overseas).

• Install, commission, and service Hot Melt Extrusion systems, isolators, and related continuous processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns or urgent service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Train customer staff in operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with design, assembly, and automation teams to feedback field insights for continuous improvement.
• Support spare parts identification, replacement, and upgrades.
• Represent Schenergix Technologies professionally, providing excellent customer service and technical support.

•    Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering (3 years, post-10th) OR ITI Fitter/Electrician with relevant experience.
•    2+ years of experience in installation, service, or maintenance of process equipment (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or related industry preferred).
•    Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical fitting, pneumatics, electrical systems, and control panels.
•    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
•    Good communication and customer interaction skills.
•    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure at client sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally abroad.
