Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager, based in Hyderabad, to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer relationship management in the context of pharmaceutical process equipment.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for Hot Melt Extrusion systems, isolators, and continuous processing lines.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams (design, manufacturing, assembly, automation, service).
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and international regulatory standards in all project deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate design reviews, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and equipment commissioning.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution processes.
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and accountability across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical equipment, process engineering, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, continuous processing, or isolator systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project coordination, installation, and client meetings.
